The set was in excellent condition and packed well. There were no problems and everything was as described. The shipping was quick. There was no communication needed. i love the tea set and would not hesitate to buy from this seller again. I normally don’t purchase items that require shipping fees; however, because of the price paid and the quality of the items the shipping was nominal and insured an “intact” arrival.
