8 days after ordering [tracked-48 stated but v.late yodel], I find 16 pages of 34 pages of questions in this workbook already completed prior to sender dispatching. 'there are some pages have been written' in the sales information is in my opinion an understatement. Seller offered half of the £2.50 as a partial refund but insisted none of of the £3.50 postage charged for this 39 page booklet. I prefer to answer the questions myself. that's the point. refund not accepted. Complete time waste imo
