Immediately after I paid for the watch I realized I buy the watch with the color band I wanted. I contacted the seller and he said he would see what they could do. Well, they did it! Not only do I have the watch as originally purchased, they threw in the color band I asked about! Now THAT’S above and beyond! A++

Buyer is an international customer. We do not accept international returns, however, since they didn't like the watch, we were willing to make an exception to send it make. The buyer refused to send it back, threatening to leave negative feedback if we didn't issue a full refund without sending the watch back. This is extortion and is against eBay's policies. Also, the watch is genuine. The customer is our business because we didn't supplicate to their abusive demands. eBay is removing

The dimensions of all of our watches and the lengths of the bands/bracelets that come with them are mentioned in each description. Customer never reached out to us, didn't start a return or ask for a concession. You can replace leather bands for $10-$20.
