I had problems with the order as Ebay had an issue with paypal not processing and getting stuck (nothing to do with the seller). Seller was great as we communicated and they were patient and waited until ebay came up with a way round the issue (I had to get in contact with ebay twice to sort the issue out). So communication and patience from seller was 5*. Item as described and well packaged. I would recommend the seller.

Would completely trust and recommend purchasing a violin from Theo as a beginner. Has a lot of in depth knowledge. The student violin I bought was set up professionally and it sounds great. Best communication I've had on ebay and I've also made a friend. Will most likely buy my next violin from Theo once I get better as he makes such an effort to make sure the transaction is A+.
