When I realised I had ordered 30ml instead of 50ml as described I cancelled within 2 minutes however I was informed that the item had already been sent! As it was a bank holiday weekend I couldn't understand this so I had to take the issue further and after several messages that went unanswered from the seller I was eventually informed by ebay that I would be refunded. I would not recommend this seller unless an explanation is forthcoming.
