The system was very simple to install. Unfortunately after a week the key pad stopped working. Although under warranty,after ringing Yale who said my system had been updated and I would need to ring a different number to finish. This was premium rate ! So I rang the original number,got a different person who was very helpful and sent out a new keyboard. It's a shame it took 3 phone calls. It seems fine now.
