I bought the car for 190 eur as brand new but I received a car with damages and the seller offered me 15 euro as a partial refund otherwise he will return it and if he received the car destroyed within the shipping he will let me loose all my money, how come he can say like this???? The return and shipping under his responsibility as per ebay policy. This seller is pushing me to agreed on his solutions.
