Very negative experience. I ordered Avon Glimmerstick brow definer but was sent the Avon Power Stay 24 Brow Pomade instead. I had various contacts with the Seller some of which was totally out of order. In one she told me to seek the help of a relative or close friend to look at my order as she insisted I had ordered the wrong item. I am not senile. I now see all shades of the Glimmerstick are out of stock and the Pomade is being advertised at £4.99, I had paid £5.99. No offer of a refund.

Well that's totally untrue isn't it. I offered to help you but your insistence on blaming me and saying I've duped you and refusing to accept you made a mistake when ordering,despite the digital records showing I sent you the correct item. I'm not sure how you think I could change both your order details and mine is beyond me.
I asked you to ask a friend or relative to look at it because you were refusing to acknowledge the order details and thought maybe they could talk some sense into you.
