We don’t cancel purchased item already in transit. You were made aware that item has shipped. Buyers like you want sellers to cancel the item so you can receive a refund and still keep the item. We have lost so much like that. Tracking shows that your item was shipped and delivered on time.

The seller sent me used and worn-out items instead of the new ones listed. It is disheartening to see scammer sellers on eBay taking advantage of customers' trust. They prioritize making a few extra dollars over the time and frustration caused to thousands of people. This kind of deceptive behavior is nothing short of theft and should not be tolerated. I hope eBay takes appropriate actions to protect the rights of its customers.
