I purchased the golf shafts on the 2nd February. I contacted the sellers on the 13th Feb I hadn't received my purchase. He contacted me and stated he would go to the shop he posted it from. Then a reply he has refunded me. The excuse the parcel was to heavy, that's not a good reason not to send out my purchase . The seller's response to refund a not sending my purchase is not acceptable. Avoid this Seller it's been my worst experience on Ebay.

Very unreasonable.. evri lost this item.. claimed they never had it. Then said they didn't collect as too heavy then in the end stated they had lost it.. I gave this customer a refund as soon as I found out.. beyond my control.. now I'm 33 shafts missing and zero to show for this.. I explained this and apologised.. what else can someone do if its out of their control
