The engine had very prompt shipping that was within hours of the order being placed. The international tracking let me see exactly where the unit was at all times. No mysteries. The engine kit itself was packed in bubble wrap and foam inserts inside of a purpose-built cardboard box. The box was then wrapped in two+ more layers of heavy grade bubble wrap. Then that package was placed in a double-thickness cardboard box with more foam packing. It came in perfect condition. I'd buy from them again.
