Fast and well-packaged delivery with tracking through UPS. No issues with using the computer on initial boot and everything looks well maintained. The laptop was in very good condition. The lid was a little more scratched than I expected based on the description. Checking the listing photos again, there was no photo showing this, which would have been nice to see before purchasing. But overall, very pleased with this and would buy from this seller again.
