    Dear Buyer, It is important to note that once an order has been shipped, as was the case with your lot of 4 items placed on July 18th and shipped on July 19th via FedEx tracking number 776938627921, it cannot be canceled retroactively. Your request for cancellation was received on July 23rd, by which time the items were already in transit. Leaving negative reviews based on this situation is not entirely fair, as we are adhering to standard shipping and cancellation policies.
