Sadly, after writing I discovered via Sony's app the Bluetooth device had previously been registered to both Becky's One Plus and Jatinder's iPhone, so this was not as described and falsely listed as unused. How disappointing, I feel cheated. Makes me only want to buy new in future. Shame
