Appalling seller. Doesn't send things tracked and then tries to imply that he can resolve it with the Royal Mail when the item isn't received. However, this is a blatant lie as he can't as it isn't tracked. Further, he expects you to wait at least 2-3 weeks so he can make a claim with Royal Mail before refunding you.

HI, it is clearly stated in the listing that this item is not shipped with a tracked service. Royal Mail can check if the item is held at the post office or not whether or not it is tracked once a delivery attempt has been made.
It is important for us sellers to check this before issuing refunds however you had no patience for that. I had since refunded you on the Saturday like I said I would to which you still left this feedback.
