I paid for these chairs plus the postage as per the listing. After a week then seller got in touch to say he'd listed it wrong & it would cost to much money to send them to me. He has refunded my money. I always thought a deal is a deal. Not in this case.

I am grateful this buyer left a neutral rather than a negative as he was very angry which I can sympathize with. I explained I am in the military and was unexpectedly 'sent away' for a time during which I could not use the internet. This happens very rarely, in this instance the chairs had 21 days to run, but I was still not back in time. For some reason the delivery cost had been set to £8 vice collect only which was not realistic for sending 4 antique chairs 600 miles. I apologized profusely.
