I was initially given an invalid tracking number. It took me many messages and weeks to finally get it shipped. When it did arrive, the bolt to put it together was off center and crooked. After many messages and being told to just screw it in tighter, I gave up. Now I have a product I cannot use. I got the run around from their customer Service.
