Very dissatisfied with the purchase and service from the seller. The vacuum arrived with broken handles and the seller offered a return but I said I can try and fix the handles and would be happy with a 10% refund. The seller agreed but after a month, I'm yet to receive the refund and the seller is just ignoring my messages. Avoid!
