We went to pick up this car after winning a bid on auction. We were trying to make the payment through Ebay but the seller insisted us on giving cash. We were reluctant to do so but the seller claimed that it would be better this way and that he will give us a code but then he didn't and left. He also did not transfer the car onto my name once I had made the purchase. We got scammed as tahere were issues with the car but he didn't rectify them and ran away and didn't return my calls.He is scamer
