Item as described and well packaged but has only just arrived because it was surcharged by Royal Mail. If, as a seller, you are going to use Royal Mail then you must abide by their rules. In this case the item had an ordinary First Class stamp on (£1.35) but was too thick for the Royal Mail regulations and should have had a Large Letter stamp on. As a result I had to pay another £1.50 to receive the item (and it took an extra 8 days!!)
