The guitar was cracked along the top from front to back and an attempted repair had not worked. The archtop was sunken and will need major repairs.

The guitar was well photographed and the crack very clearly described and has been solid for many years. The buyer has not asked for any particular resolution and the item was priced to take in consideration the described damage.
