After winning the bid and paying for delivery the seller three days possibly four days later tells me they cannot arrange postage, that it was eBay's fault that the postage was added and it was collection only. The seller then tells me that they contacted eBay and that they had emailed me but I die not respond which was a lie. I had to bring in eBay to resolve the issue and still no contact from the seller as I asked for my money back. Thankfully eBay will be resolving this issue.

After 2-3 days of not responding to my initial message apologising the item cannot be posted due to its size and explaining the item was a collection only (obviously you can’t post a bed and mattress). I asked eBay for advise on how to resolve the issue and how to refund the buyer following no response from them. Ebay were then dealing with the whole issue as they had applied the automatic postage without my knowledge in the first place when listing the item via the app.
