Coffee machine falsely advertised as new (other) when it was clearly used. It arrived covered in coffee grounds and beans, and dirty inside out. Poor communication from seller. Was put in the situation to carry the heavy item back to post office for a return even though I highlighted I had health issues and required it being picked up from home. Worst experience with an ebay seller. Ebay were great stepping in to resolve the issue though.
