Seller had excellent communication and sooner than expected posting and delivery. The machine itself is brand new and as described. The buyer kindly included a bag of coffee beans too. When the box arrived it was very battered and torn (original packaging from Jura) so I questioned how new the item was but it turns out this was just a packaging sleeve. The original box could have been in better condition but otherwise very pleased thank you.

Fantastic seller. Incredibly high value item marked down massively below RRP as it was a return/open box, but arrived in like-new condition and covered by a massive 5 year warranty (3 years longer than the official manufacturer warranty offered by other retailers, even when buying new). Also offered a partial refund out of their own pocket after I just missed out on using an eBay discount voucher. Can't recommend Peter Tyson enough.
