I recently purchased a second hand Nintendo Switch from the seller. One of the controllers constantly drifted up and the other one would not connect to the console (even when physically attached). I asked the seller if I could have a partial refund or replacement controllers and I attached the picture below. The seller did not respond to my two messages. I ended up spending an extra £30 on new controllers. I hope the seller provides improved service in the future. Perhaps just a bad day?
