Charged £6.95 postage, actual postage cost nowhere near and box was recycled. I don't mind paying for an item but get annoyed when sellers make money on postage

Hi, I’ve only just seen this so apologies for the late reply. It was certainly not my intention to over charge for any postage and if I did then it was very much an oversight. I would have used the eBay guide for postage costs and if it was less then I honestly didn’t realise at the time. It would have been a heavy parcel with that many books so I would not have expected the parcel to cost much less. I always use recycled packaging - I'm just a mum who occasionally sells her kids things.
