After correspondence with seller- I repeat eBay did not post newer address on file and very positive seller had to send according to their records to old address. I never received a pair of shoes I was looking for.

Package was sent to the address provided to me by eBay. I have no way of knowing an address is wrong unless you direct message me the correct address BEFORE I ship a package. This is between you and eBay as I informed you and provided the phone number needed to resolve your issue. I will ask for a feedback revision asap. Again, I hate this happened to you, but I do not have the power to fix YOUR account settings.
