    The item is being described as a 2-channel front camera only. I was expecting the front camera to work as a 2 channel camera since I already had the same camera with the front channel went out. This camera did not work for the back channel.

    The camera works and is what is described in the listing. You might be using an incorrect or bad cable. If when you plugged the cable into the front camera and you did not hear the click then your cable is bad and should be replaced. It's a very fine coaxial cable and can be very temperamental.
