The Best of Hendrix
One of the great innovators of our time, Hendrix birthed the heavy metal guitar riffs of all who followed. After hearing Hendrix play live, Pete Townsend of Who supposedly remarked that everything they had done up til then was obsolete and that rockers had to rethink the future of music and how guitar would be played thereafter. Viewed by many as the greatest guitar player who ever lived, Hendrix and his upside down Stratocaster is sorely missed to this day. Excellent Jimi CD........
I bought this CD only for Foxey Lady, for our garter toss at our wedding, however when I got it home I had no idea all the songs that were actually on it, we both love the CD. Out of all the songs on here I think we only don't know one of them!!! Great CD, I reccomend buying it!!!
