Item never received, lost in transit by USPS. Seller extremely defensive and unwilling to assist. Very poor customer service skills. I had to investigate through USPS on item status & after all get e-bay involved to start refund process, even than seller kept coming back with multiple excuses. Almost month after purchase and no item and no refund. Appears seller tried to dispute the refund request with e-bay & kept delaying the process for as long as possible. This isn't the way to run business.

Nice one-sided feedback. Yes the item was lost. Yes I confirmed with USPS. Since a claim was filed with EBAY I was unable to return the funds while it was in the Ebay system. I tried. I told him I tried. I sent him a screenshot of the Ebay status. So, I have to take my lumps from a hot-head buyer that started a claim and didn't wait for a resolution.
