    What a wonderful seller! This book is utterly beautiful... every house in it is gorgeous and beautifully photographed, printed on heavy quality paper. This copy was described as "very good" but it's actually in "as new" condition and was priced so reasonably, with free postage so there was little profit margin. It came carefully wrapped in lovely paper, then in a padded bag and outer bag for protection, and was speedily delivered. Everything absolutely perfect, thanks so much!
