    I would not want to go through another purchase like this one. While it ended up ok, it took a lot of interaction with the vendor to get things sorted out. A fake tracking number was attached to the transaction and never was removed. The tracking number showed "delivery" of a 1lb package to a location other than my address. This made ebay see it as delivered when it was not. I paid an expedited shipping charge, that was thankfully refunded upon late delivery. I was surprised the item arrived.

    Good pump, BUT!

    This is a good pump that I would quickly reccomend. The terminals and wiring connectors are not comparable in quality to the pump itself! Be careful if or when you need to disc your wires once they are connected (even if connected for only 30 seconds). You like me, might just destroy the terminal block which is not easily available, apparently anywhere! Once destroyed you too may need to purchase another entire pump. BUT, If lucky you can purchase another one at a discounted price. So, A great pump with not so great wiring terminals! I would still buy another one and recommend it. Just be aware of the seemingly one way terminals!

    So quiet, hard to tell it's running.

    Very quiet pump, can hardly hear it running, since I installed the isolation valves at the same time, it will be easy to replace if I need too. Price was a lot cheaper than other local outlets, Also is a lot smaller than the large Bell & Gossett I replaced.

    Hydronic Heat in a 2500 sf shop

    This pump is rock solid. No problems whatsoever. Be sure to order the flanges in the pipe size you need. The instructions recommended removing the check value…which I did. It pulls out with needle nose pliers. My system does not need a check. I’m glad I removed it. Approximately 1200’ of ½” Pex tubing and the pump easily pushes the required value on low speed. VERY quiet! I’d buy again in a heartbeat.

    Exactly what needed. The new one was Black but not a problem i told it it was red and it never is going to see a mirror so it doesnt know so it happy, im happy, the gentlemen i put it on for is happy too. Win,win,win! In all honesty you'll be pleased if its the right h.p and size your needing then it will work and good product.
