    The kettle was described as New, which, although the box looked as though it had sustained substantial ‘wear and tear’ the kettle inside looked good - that was until I realised one of the filters was missing. I contacted the seller, who offered a partial refund of £5 so I could purchase a filter. I didn’t want the hassle of returning the item so I am now in the process of finding the appropriate filter. Unfortunately my overall experience has not been a positive one.

    Useful but with quirks, like much Tefal kit

    It works well for things like chips and roast vegetables. The other cooking options are of little use. When using with minimal oil, there's a rim of burnt-on oil that forms just below the rim of the bowl and it is not removed in a dishwasher. It needs to be scraped off with inherent risk to the coating on the bowl. Of course, it doesn't HAVE to be removed but I'm rather fastidious, so see it as a challenge! The thin plastic attachment that goes half way round the bowl is prone to damage and fairly brittle. On my first fryer, it broke and I never missed it at all.

    Like the product, it was what we expected. The stirring paddle isn’t the easiest thing to clean, but the rest is easy. The instructions for what each menu item is for, what can and can’t be cooked or what to do to set things up manually are far from clear.

    I do like the rotor which gives excellent cooking

    This is my 1st air fryer, so i really have no comparison. I do like the rotor which gives excellent cooking, ideal for chips. I wanted 2 things out of my air fryer, to eat healthy and to save money (not using my larger oven) which i think this archives.

    Small but perfectly formed

    I bought this item as now living alone it seemed not efficient to switch a big oven on to cook for one the controls are very easy to understand and the food cooked is very flavoursome

    Fast, easy to clean, not heavy and compact.

    I like the extra capacity, its much faster than my old actifry and still compact, getting used to loading the pan out of the machine, previous model lid opened wider, not an issue. Good machine, recommend.
