      Dw control beaters πŸ‘πŸ»!!

      These things are awesome. I wish I would not have waited so long to get a pair of them. The interchangeable heads and adjustable weights are really what make these beaters outstanding. I was able to dial in the weight of my beaters to give me a lot more control at higher speed but also find a nice weight so I could lower the tension of my springs a bit too. Really excited about these, they actually even sound better than my last beater as well. Highly recommend these, I know they cost more than others, but just get them because they really are great and have a bunch of room for adjusting the feeling of them. Have them as heavy as a factory dw beater or as light as the lightest beater you can find. I ended up using just one of the 10g weights in mine, after trying four then two, and ended ...

      Just the ticket

      Just the ticket. I used this on a Pearl pedal and had to modify the shaft (used the Pearl shaft) to adapt it to my pedal. Used one of the brass weights and after trying all the beaters settled on the flat felt beater. My old beater on the Pearl was one of those big round felt beaters and felt clumsy and slow getting response out of it. This beater is lighter and very responsive you can get triples at 120 BPM without double pedal hook up. Although there may be some accomplished drummers who can pull it off with a stock beater I couldn't. The flat beater head hits the drum with a solid thump and gives that deep kick drum sound. I didn't much care for the plastic beater and the round felt was okay but the flat seemed to shine above the others. Like I said I had to use the Pearl shaft because ...

      Unique Beater, easy setup, multiple sounds

      Quite unique and easy to setup. The weights are a great idea and the head leveling idea seems to work, too. If I had a criticism it would be that it does not include the β€˜quick-set’ length lock that has come with past DW beaters (so you can quickly swap beaters).
