    I would not want to go through another purchase like this one. While it ended up ok, it took a lot of interaction with the vendor to get things sorted out. A fake tracking number was attached to the transaction and never was removed. The tracking number showed "delivery" of a 1lb package to a location other than my address. This made ebay see it as delivered when it was not. I paid an expedited shipping charge, that was thankfully refunded upon late delivery. I was surprised the item arrived.

    Missing and mismatched parts

    UPDATE: I upped the rating because Keter is sending me the missing part. I ordered two boxes. The parts are labeled N1-N8, but the first box had two N2s and no N3. I thought I'd have to return it, but opened the second box, and that had two N3s and no N2. Thus, due to the sheer incompetence of both boxes having the wrong parts, I was able to mix and match to cobble together the units. One box was still missing part N7, but that was not a structurally critical piece. Once assembled, the box has some gaps on the bottom so don't store anything inside that needs to stay completely dry. In hindsight, I probably would not have ordered these boxes, but also not worth the hassle of returning.

    Lightweight, good size, deep storage

    I would recommend this product because it is lightweight, nice appearance, good amount of storage but doesn't take up a lot of space. However, I thought the price was a little steep considering it's snap together plastic. Also, one of my front/back panels was cracked but thankfully it was in a place that wouldn't make much difference, still disappointing though when you pay for merchandise, you expect to get it in perfect condition. It would be too big of a hassle to send it back with the size and all.

    Every piece was broke

    Every piece was broke and we have to take to store to get another one or ship it back and wait they receive it to order another one! I sent pictures showing all the broke pieces and still have to jump through hoops. The plastic is not good quality!

    Deck box is Great!

    This is a large 90 gal. Deck box. Easily assembled, great price and looks so good on my deck that I have just ordered another one! Very well made and the top has seating space for two people. We have a huge upper deck and we will be able to store, chairs cushions, etc. I am planning on storing my large pots and gardening tools in the next one. Love it!
