    Great Product, Great Price

    The bottle was in brand new condition but unfortunately did not work initially. I contacted Thermos and they replaced the smart lid which would not sync, after answering a few troubleshooting questions to establish that I was just not experiencing user error. Thermos has my vote! Works great now and assists me in attaining my daily water intake goals.

    Miss my thermos bottle

    This particular bottle didn't work. It would not sync with the app. The Thermos brand is great. I had the same exact bottle and lost it. I loved it. I'm sad this one didn't work.

    Misleading product name

    Using the word Thermos in the title of the product led me to believe that the product could be used for both cold and hot liquids.

    Product is defective and does not sync to my app.

    It is not worth buying. It does not sync to my phone after firmware update and does not count my drinks or water intake. Do not purchase it is a scam.

    Quality product

    When I first got the cup I wasn't sure how to work it. But of course you tube and Google knows everything. The cup is awesome I have the app on my phone and it syncs with my fitbit.
