I had interaction with seller but the outcome was favorable in my opinion a partial refund was offered on item but it should have been offered on the shipping cost as well because that was greater than the price of the item especially since it didn't arrived as described which was new and the seller shipped . And seller stated the hot weather might have been the cause.
