    Sorry it took until the evening for Parcelforce to actually deliver your basin, but your patience has paid off! Pleased to hear it arrived safely. We do use very heavy-duty bubble wrap, which costs considerably more than the 'regular' bubble wrap you can buy, to ensure as best we can that fragile items arrive in one piece.
