    DONT USE THIS SELLER THEY ARE A SCAMMER AND A LYER. I ordered 4x1st class book of stamps and I only received 1 not a book of 4 JUST 1. In the picture it clearly states that it is a book of 4 1st class stamps. Even worse the stamp I received on its own has actually been used it has been taken of the gum pad it’s usually on and been placed onto paper. So clearly it has been used and I can’t use it. This seller is a scammer only sends 1 instead of 4. Also stated new in the condition but used.
