    I purchased a CD with code, but received a code for digital activation that I don't own. No official license key from Microsoft was received, but it was cheap, the seller did email communicating very well, and code arrived fast. BUT if you buy for a future device, or a device not owned or ready yet, it's not a good purchase because the code is supposed to be used within 15-20 days.

What has that got to do with "code for digital activation that I don't own"? Of course you own the activation key but it's NOT a Bind key. Bind key is linked to your Microsoft Account. What you purchased was retail, NOT bind key. If you need any help, just reach out. always there to help.
