VHS recording is made easy with the JVC GR-AXM300 camcorder, which uses VHS-C tapes for direct recording. This JVC video camera can record two hours on each cassette used. Users can simply switch out the recorded VHS tape with a new one when finished. This process makes viewing the footage straightforward and easy, as the tapes from the VHS camcorder can be played directly through a VCR after filming is completed. The JVC GR-AXM300 video camera also has a 22x optical zoom for close-up footage. A 44x digital zoom on the JVC video camera further enhances footage taken from long distances, which is also helpful for editing purposes. Special effects, such as fading options, extra brightness, and wipes enhance video recordings on the VHS camcorder. In addition, the camcorder has a 3-inch screen for easy viewing.
