Ground Advantage is supposed to take 2 - 5 business days but they sometimes fall short. I'm glad to hear the print quality met your standards. I'll be in touch to ask you about the packaging to see if we can improve. We place prints in a sleeve to protect from scratches then insert the print into a sturdy 3" tube mailer. We have considered very rigid flat mailers but are concerned about postal workers bending them to fit in small mailboxes. Thanks for the review!
