There was a delay in the alternative arriving but i was sent an expensive pan set free of charge, a lovely thought & very much appreciated. Once my oven was due i was kept informed. The oven was brand new and well packaged upon arrival and is now fitted and working perfectly. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Highly recommended.
