Item was damaged by FedEx. The tracking suddenly stopped and there was no communication from FedEx. Seller called and found out the package was damaged and was being held at the FedEx facility. Very poor assistance from FedEx AND Ebay. I hope this gets resolved quickly for the seller. I expected better customer service from both Ebay and FedEx. Seller refunded my money and now she deserves HER refund.
