The seat clamp was not properly secured, it was loose at the bottom of the box, but overall the packaging was ok. Forks, hangers all protected. The pictures could be a bit better, the lack of sharpness of the photos didn't reveal some scratches that I was able to see only after unboxing. But overall, is not a problem, as it's a used bike and was a good value for the condition.
