But it was packaged so poorly (meaning no packing at all, just thrown in the box), I was sincerely shocked and wasn't expecting that condition. Inevitablely, it was damaged during transit and naturaly I was upset and extremely disappointed. HOWEVER, the seller was very understanding and accommodating and issued me a full refund. So no complaints about professionalism and resolution.
