      Amazing packaging to protect the item and shipped it out quickly. USPS took 3 weeks to deliver the product and the seller was immediate to respond to my first request. However the following two request (1 week apart) got no response. I understand there was nothing seller could do but a response would have been professional. Overall not the sellers fault for product deliver and thus a 5 star rating.
