As soon as the vendor was informed of the problem he apologised and issued a partial refund, all in all I am happy with the outcome as the watch was worth the price without the refund

However, I want to clarify that the return was accepted and I immediately agreed to resolve the issue. Before I could process your refund, you filed a chargeback with your bank. Once a chargeback is opened, eBay informs the seller not to take any further action while they work with your payment provider to resolve the case. I followed eBay's instructions exactly, and the return case was closed on April 28.
