    The item never arrived,the seller wasn’t very helpful at all,they told me I had to contact Royal Mail and even when I told them they said they needed to contact them they didn’t. This was for a disabled child who is now extremely upset.would never deal with this seller again,I know things get lost but they weren’t helpful in finding out information at all
