Seller notes: “A very Rare Mid 1940's Cortebert A.T.P. British issued WW-ll watch. Crystal should be replaced. ... “A very Rare Mid 1940's Cortebert A.T.P. British issued WW-ll watch. Crystal should be replaced. Stainless Steel case in Excellent condition with ever so faint light scratches. Its Caliber 665, 15 Jewel movement showing erratic movement and therefore being listed as "not running" (See MOV-Video). Original Blue Steel hands with missing Lume. Original big Crown functions as it should. Fixed bars look good. Original Gasket looks good but should be replaced. This historic British WW-ll military 80 year old watch has No service marks or service history and therefore needs an inspection/repair, Cleaning & Lubrication. This is a Piece of Significant History. These were made in limited numbers and most were returned and destroyed at the end of WW-ll.”
